The Process

Customer/Event Profile

We start with a face to face or phone consultation to build a profile on your event plans. 

We pre-select specific items that we believe best fit your event profile to ensure the items will generate the most bidding interest from your guests.

We will consult and offer customization on décor/themed auction experience.


Event Day

We arrive early (usually 2-3 hours before guests) to set-up 

During your event, our staff mingle amongst guests answering any product questions which helps encourage bidding.

Close auction and provide a secure POS check-out system for debit, credit card or cash.

Clean up.


Event Follow-up

Shortly after the day of your event, Silent Auctions Canada will follow up to provide a total breakdown of the results of the auction.  A full reconciliation report will be prepared and attached to your profit cheque.
