We start with a face to face or phone consultation to build a profile on your event plans.
We collect all the details pertaining to your solicited donations to be included in the auction.
We pre-select our own curated specific items that we believe best fit your event profile to ensure the items will generate the most bidding alongside your donated items.
We will consult and offer customization on décor/themed auction experience.
Silent Auction
We arrive early (usually 2-3 hours before guests) to set-up your donations interspersed with our own supplied and carefully selected items culminating in a phenomenal presentation to impress your guests.
During your event, our staff mingle amongst guests answering any product questions which help encourage bidding.
Finally, closing the auction and providing a secure POS check-out system for debit, credit card or cash.
